The Jamestown Schools PROMISE Fund donated 415 rain ponchos to all Jamestown schools to protect children in rainy weather. The PROMISE Fund will also be starting a Winter Clothing Drive on October 4th at the JHS Homecoming Football game at Strider Field from 6 p.m. to kick-off. Bring your gently used, or new, winter coats, boots, gloves, hats & scarfs to help Jamestown kids. In addition, The PROMISE Fund is kicking off their Winter Clothing Drive on Friday, October 4 at the Jamestown High School Homecoming Football Game next to the main entrance gates near the concession pavilion from 6 p.m. to kickoff. The Fund is asking the community to bring gently used or new winter wear including coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarfs to be given to Jamestown children.
